As a former student and teacher-leader within District 8, with nearly a decade of diverse experience in education beyond PGCPS, I understand the broad educational challenges and the unique ways they manifest in our schools. I believe PGCPS can be a national model by focusing on critical areas:

• Bolstering student achievement

• Implementing strategies to retain and attract exceptional staff in all positions
